Floresta is a residential district of San Cugat del Vallés, province of Barcelona. It is located in the Vallés Occidental, near the Can Busquets farmhouse and the Turó del Fumet, 124 m above sea level. In its lower part, the Vallvidrera stream runs.

This beautiful house is surrounded by nature, the house faces two streets with a comprehensive reform since 2008.
The house is distributed on three levels with two entrances, we will describe it below:
From the main entrance we access the first floor: we find a multipurpose room with a fireplace and a complete bathroom and from where we can go out to a beautiful terrace.
The second floor that is in the middle of the house has a living room with access to two beautiful terraces, kitchen, two double bedrooms and one single.
The third floor has a double room, full bathroom, machine room and water area, and from this floor there is access to a cozy terrace.
The house has an installation to be able to place an elevator if desired.
